简介

陈士林,中国工程院院士、中国医学科学院学部委员,现任成都中医药大学首席教授、香港浸会大学荣誉教授。兼任CGCM(中药全球化联盟)副主席、中国质量协会中药分会会长、日本东京药科大学客座教授;为教育部“长江学者和创新团队计划”创新团队负责人,曾任中国医学科学院药用植物研究所所长、中国中医科学院中药研究所所长等。担任APSBChinese MedicineCHM《药学学报》等刊副主编。获得第二届全国创新争先奖章。

陈士林为本草基因组学学科创始人,创建了基于ITS2的中草药DNA条形码鉴定方法体系,完成专著《中国药典中药材DNA条形码标准序列》,从基因层面解决中草药物种真伪鉴定的难题,被评为2016中国十大医学进展;通过全基因组解析提出灵芝为首个中药基原药用模式真菌,被Nature China选为中国最佳研究亮点推介;完成并发表人参、丹参、赤芝、菊花、卷柏、穿心莲、紫芝、紫苏、黄连、红豆杉等全基因组图谱和相关组学研究,成功培育并获批11个中药材新品种证书或良种证书。主编《本草基因组学》并由科学出版社出版,列为全国高等医药院校规划教材;出版《药用植物分子遗传学》,奠定药用植物分子遗传学基础;完成并编著《中国中药材产地生态适宜性数值区划》,避免中药材盲目引种栽培。获吴阶平医药创新奖、Agilent Thought Leadership Award诺奖之星等荣誉;获国家科技进步二等奖3项。

发表论文500余篇,包括国际著名期刊Nature Plants,Nature CommunicationsPNAS等,论文被引用3.2万次。H指数86 (Google Scholar),入选Elsevier公布的全球终身科学影响力榜单。
