主要科研成果
我们着重从藤黄属植物中寻找新的具有抗肿瘤活性的有效组分或化合物。我们将GFP-LC3稳定表达的细胞株首次运用在藤黄属化合物库的筛选中,并从中得到了新型自噬抑制剂Oblongifolin C,还系统的研究了其抑制自噬的分子机制,该研究发表在自噬领域著名杂志Autophagy (IF=12.042)上。

主要从事肿瘤细胞死亡的和DNA损伤信号通路研究,科研方向涉及细胞和分子生物学、转化医学、抗肿瘤小分子药物开发等。专注于对肿瘤细胞自噬、凋亡、转移以及防止肿瘤复发等信号通路的研究。现主持上海市教委科研重点项目一项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目一项。
