个人简介

入选上海中医药大学杏林学者,主持国家自然科学基金、上海市教委等科研课题多项,参与完成国家自然科学基金、国家重大新药创制等项目多项,Journal of Proteome ResearchPhytomedicine主流杂志发表SCI论文30篇,荣获上海市科技进步二等奖、中华医学会科技奖二等奖各1申请发明专利8项,其中获授权专利4项,参编《药理学》等国家规划教材3部,荣获全国化学药物及异物代谢学术会议、中国药理学会中药药理联合会、上海市药理学会等青年优秀论文奖多项Molecular PharmaceuticsJournal of Chromatography B多种SCI源期刊审稿专家,国家自然科学基金青年/面上审评专家

研究领域

(1) 运用动物及细胞模型以及多组学技术,研究核受体/代谢酶/转运体影响的内源/外源性代谢物药源性肝损伤、非酒精性脂肪肝、肝纤维化等肝脏疾病发生发展及转归中的作用

(2) 基于化学物质组、非靶向/靶向代谢组学微生物组学以及药代动力学等技术与方法,探索中医方剂中药多糖物质治疗肝纤维化、非酒精性脂肪肝、药源性肝损伤、胆汁淤积等肝脏疾病的代谢调控机制,推动肠道菌群的肝脏疾病治疗的创新中药研发。

教学成果

参编十三五规划教材《药理学》、《药理学题库》以及十四五规划教材《药理学》(人民卫生出版社),以第一负责人主持并完成上海中医药大学课程建设项目3项,获得优秀结题项目1项,以项目骨干参与完成上海市重点课程《中药药理学》;以导师指导本科生毕业设计多名,获得优秀毕业论文2次,指导大学生科创多项,获得优秀结题项目1项,指导本科生以第一作者发表核心期刊论文1篇,指导硕博士生多名,获得国家奖学金及留学基金委资助等。
