国家中医药管理局“岐黄工程”中药特色技术传承人才培训项目、上海市“东方学者”特聘教授、上海市“杏林专门人才”,获上海人才发展资金资助。
兼任上海市皮肤药理学会青年主任委员、世中联经皮给药委员会、儿童产业委员会常务理事等。
主要从事中药新型经皮给药系统与化妆品的研究。成功将微针、新型脂质纳米载体用于中药经皮与穴位给药系统的构建,并阐释穴位给药通过“神经-免疫-炎性因子”效应轴发挥经穴效应的机理;挖掘具有“药辅合一”特色的中药药/辅材料,开发了数十种中药新型经皮给药系统。在ACS Nano、J Control Release、Chem Eng J、Biomaterials、Acta Pharm Sin B等SCI源期刊上发表论文80余篇。曾获上海市科技进步奖、中华医学科技奖等奖励。
承担本科《中药药剂学》、《中药制药辅料学》、《医院药学实习》、《综合性实验》、《中药药剂学实验》及研究生《中药药剂学专论》的教学工作。担任科学出版社高等医药院校系列教材《中药制药辅料学》的共同主编,副主编中国中医药出版社十四五规划教材《物理药剂学》、《药用高分子材料学》、《药用辅料学》。以第一作者获上海市优秀教学论文奖。
