创新中药实验室

创新中药实验室,成立于2009年,主要负责人黄诚研究员,上海中医药大学博士,中国科学院和美国贝勒医学院博士后。多年从事与代谢综合征和抗肿瘤相关药物的研发和分子机制的研究。具有深厚的分子生物学以及中医药学相关的科研背景。目前已建立国内领先的药物筛选平台。拥有PCR仪、实时荧光定量PCR仪、近红外双波长荧光扫描仪、生物安全柜、显微成像系统等国际领先的仪器设备和操作技术。

 

研究方向:

 

以核受体为靶点的治疗代谢综合征药物的筛选与机制研究、药食两用植物的降糖降脂作用与机制研究、复方中药治疗高脂血症和糖尿病的研究、抗肿瘤中药化合物的筛选与机制研究等。
